Meditation and facial massage in collaboration with Kasia Murfet ~ Zoom online workshop 1st February
Our first online workshop of the year in collaboration with Qigong teacher Kasia Murfet. Reframe your January intentions and welcome in the New Year with a relaxing fusion of meditation and facial massage.
In mindfulness meditation, we put tremendous value on the present moment experience. This short guided practice will bookend the workshop where we will explore three different aspects of mindfulness.
After Kasia helps us check in with our breath, arriving wholly at the workshop you will be led by Eve through a stress releasing massage beginning with the chest and working to the top of the head, focussing on touch, tension and engaging our thoughts to be mindful and kind.
The purpose of this practice is to offer you tools you can come back to whenever you experience a feeling of overwhelm or worry.
What you will need:
— A top that allows you to easily access your chest and neck
— A face oil or moisturiser
— A calming environment
Join from your bed or wherever you feel comfortable. You can have your camera on or off, the choice is yours. We do ask you to keep your microphone muted so the facilitator can be heard.
