Self-massage for springtime allergies in collaboration with Harriett Hare ~ online workshop 27th March
Join Eve (founder of ede) and Harriett Hare, acupuncturist and reflexologist for an evening of self-massage and reflexology focussing on relief from springtime allergies, hay fever and sinus support.
Massage is one of the best natural remedies for relieving allergy symptoms. TCM has been using reflexology and massage to battle seasonal allergies for centuries. Together we will combine both our skills in facial massage and TCM to help you learn sinus relieving skills that will help you through spring, summer and beyond.
What you will need:
— A top that allows you to easily access your chest and neck
— A face oil or moisturiser
— A calming environment
Join from your bed or wherever you feel comfortable. You can have your camera on or off, the choice is yours. We do ask you to keep your microphone muted so the facilitator can be heard.
