Yes. We use certified organic ingredients everywhere possible for both their superior quality and positive impact on the environment. Where there is no organic option, we use its natural alternative.

We avoid parabens, sulfates, PEGs, silicones, and the rest.

how much use will i get from my roll on therapist?

If using once per day your ROLL ON THERAPIST will take approximately 4 months to finish. If using multiple times a day it can range anywhere between 2-6 months usage.

Let's just say, a little goes a long way.

As for shelf life, we recommend using your product within 12 months to experience the best ingredient efficacy.

Can you use ede products when pregnant?

When will my order ship?

We aim to dispatch all orders during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched Monday.

Where does ede ship from?

All orders are shipped from the UK.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays for various reasons. We kindly ask you to be patient and to keep an eye on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If, however, you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us at hello@theedestore.com and we’ll do our best to help.

What is your return policy?

Should you wish to return your unused, unopened order within 14 days of receiving, please contact us at hello@theedestore.com with your full name, order number and the reason for your return.

Please note, we do not cover the cost of shipping if you want to return your items. We suggest you send your order back in the box it was shipped in and recommend you obtain proof of postage.

Can I cancel my order?
