All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Free tracked shipping is automatically applied to UK orders over £50.

International delivery

EU

We now ship to the EU, woohoo!

Please be aware you may be required to pay local customs or duty charges, so please make sure you understand the fees your country may charge you to receive the items. It is your responsibility to pay these.

Packaging

We use 70% recycled paper boxes, kraft paper "bubble-wrap" to protect, 100% recycled tissue paper,100% recycled and recyclable paper sticker and a thank you note printed onto recycled card to pack your orders. No plastic here.

Be sure to add the entirety of the postal packaging into your recycling bin.

Returns

We hope you are happy with your ede purchase. If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you can do so any time before dispatch.

If you have decided you would like to return your order, you have 14 days from receipt of the order as long as the item is in its original condition. We cannot accept the return of items that are in an open or used condition for hygiene reasons. We do not cover the cost of shipping if you want to return your items. We suggest you send your order back in the box it was shipped in and recommend you obtain proof of postage.
